Bryson was a participant in WMC’s youth program, a recent high school graduate with limited employability skills. He had worked a part time job with no room for growth and he realized he wanted more for his life. With a strong interest in the automotive industry, Bryson’s was connected with a Career Counselor, who secured a paid work experience for him as an Auto Detailer with a local automotive group.
Bryson’s worksite supervisor, colleagues, and temporary employer reported that Bryson did a wonderful job from his very first week and kept up his exemplary performance throughout the duration of his time in the program.
He was even promoted to higher level position in the dealership’s body shop, obtaining a permanent position after displaying his abilities.
